This app will help you follow the method of Paleo Caveman Diet.

This is a low-carb diet. You will be trained to live the food lifestyle of our ancestors, who were hunters and gatherers. You will eat healthy foods that build muscles and lose fat.

You will be trained everyday, given many tasks to complete. You must follow the rules according to the Paleo principles.

You will set your weight goal, and the training will last until you reach that weight goal.

The main principle of Paleo Diet is to avoid starchy foods such as wheat, potato, corn, bean, rice, and other grains.

Furthermore, you must avoid sugary foods such as candies, cakes, and sugary soda, fruit juices, etc.

The training is divided into 3 cycles:

Cycle 1 is the strictest. In this cycle, you must follow the rules of Paleo Diet everyday for 2 weeks. You will be guided on what the rules are by the app.

Each day you will be given a questionnaire, and you will fill out the questionnaire throughout the day as you eat or drink.

Weighing yourself daily is a very important task. You must record your weight everyday, so that you can follow your weight loss progress. A chart will be drawn based on the weight data you entered.

Cycle 2 is very much like Cycle 1, except that in Cycle 2 you can relax and eat whatever you want on Sunday. In other words, you follow the rules of Paleo Diet from Monday to Saturday. Then, on Sunday you dont need to follow the rules. You live a freestyle on Sunday.

You are on Cycle 2 until you reach your Weight Goal.

After you have reached your Weight Goal, you are moved into Cycle 3, where you maintain your healthy weight.

Cycle 3 is similar to Cycle 2, but Cycle 3 is more relaxing. On Cycle 3, you follow the rules of Paleo Diet from Monday to Thursday. Then you live freestyle on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

As you can see, Paleo Diet is a long-term solution to your weight management. Cycle 3 will last forever, because you always want to main your healthy weight.
